wine salon Eos Wine Salon, located next door to the main restaurant, features a more casual dining experience. It offers the same menu, wines, sake cocktails and beers as the main restaurant. Wine Director Hector Osuna works closely with Executive Chef Daniel Guerrini to fashion a list of over 200 selections that complement the fast-paced and multi-dimensional cuisine at EOS. The following sample list of our wines by the glass gives some indication of the depth and range of our cellar. Please note that selections and prices change periodically.
